Turnaround Time: We aim to call you within 1-2 hours (business hours) to advise when your order will be ready for collection from the chosen store.

Turnaround Time: This is a standard delivery service which is usually delivered within 5 working days from the place of order.
Additional Information: Economy Delivery is between 9am – 5pm on the day selected by the delivery service. All pallet tile orders are kerbside and will need to be signed for.

Turnaround Time: This is a Next Day service on orders placed before 2pm. The delivery is based on a Monday to Friday delivery. If you have ordered after 2pm it will be delivered the next following day.

Cost: Free economy delivery or if next day delivery required that is £120
Turnaround Time: If economy then this is a standard delivery service which is usually delivered within 5 working days from the place of order. If a next day service is required that is based on orders placed before 2pm. The delivery is based on a Monday to Friday delivery. Cost: Any returns would have to be arranged by yourselves. If you are unable to do this there will be an additional cost for you.
Turnaround Time: We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery.
Additional Information: Once we receive any full boxes back to Mezze Ceramics, in a resaleable condition we can process the refund within 7 working days of Mezze Ceramics receiving your goods.
When ordering samples alone, they will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
